I don't think Xavier should turn heel, I think Kofi and Big E should slowly become suspicious of Xavier, and attack him thinking he is in cahoots with the Wyatts. They could have a heel Kofi and Big E have a comedy thing going on where they are trying to recruit a replacement for Xavier, while at the same time Xavier is in this feud having doubts about where his career is headed, and goes on a big winning streak and goes further up the card, with the Wyatts stalking him at every big victory he gets. This should culminate into a singles match with Xavier vs. _____, the current IC Champion, and when Xavier wins the belt Bray attacks him and sets up a match for the belt, and if Xavier loses the title he has to join the Wyatts, while Kofi and Big E are starting to show a bit of tension due to Xavier not being there and them not being able to find a third member. And when they see his success, it starts to think that maybe they were wrong, and then it could lead to so many good matches and culminate into a feel-good New Day reunion or a full split. Just an idea.
