How did WCW fuck up the NWO PPV so bad, they were basically handed the easiest formula in the world ( Vegas, sleazy cool, pin up models, etc) and fucked it all up so bad

Crazy drugged up wrestlers driving fatigued to the next show from city to city every day and night. How many dogs, cats and rabbits have they hit with their car and ran over? Do they not stop? Do they keep on going?
