Well, yeah, they put it on Del Rio and then made him Sheamus' goon. They literally made a champion a background character in a feud that pretty much guaranteed he'd be cannon fodder for Reigns. Then Kalisto took it and he's only defended it on pre-shows. It really is amazing how far it's fallen, especially since it changed hands in the main event of last year's Summerslam.
