Is it technically possible to bring as title to another company by being the champ?
For example back when Brock was UFC champion he could ve gone back to WWE with the belt?

Uh maybe not with the UFC belt , not sure how it works with who actually has the belt. For some companies I know that the champ doesn't actually have the belt on them except for promotional things and the company holds onto it for safety reasons.

However back in the 90's Medusa jumped ship from WWF to WCW while still WWF women's champion and she had the physical belt and threw it in a trash can live on WCW Monday Nitro.

Like I said, it varies from promotion to promotion. I know my states MMA league let's the champ keep the belt with them, even if that isn't the smartest thing to do because most of the people who are in it are just the inbreds from the shit part of the state and one of them put it in the back window of his truck and it got stolen.
