I'd wager money that it's a dark match, based on the lighting. Looks way too dark to be a televised match. Considering it has the Dudleys, it must be after 1999 (and a bit, since they had the gay look to begin with).

Considering the context, it's probably around the time Hebner got in a feud with Triple H, which was early 2000. It has Pac and Dogg, but not Billy Gunn - so probably shortly after Billy's injury (which was also early 2000. Gives a pretty narrow window.
