EVERY SINGLE DAY
I'm not joking when I say this but I suggest you do starting strength for beginners then texas method for intermediate to advanced
focus on compounds less on accessories so you have more energy going into training. if you have to do accessories do ones that have direct carryover like tricep overhead extensions and shoulder exercises if you're a striking kind of fighter.
also if you have to train and go to the gym on the same day I suggest you go to gym first preferably and leave an hours rest inbetween finishing and going to training. Martial arts is a lot more taxing than lifting on your body at least for me that is since I could never lift properly after training.
the point is to build general mass on your whole body without wasting too much energy doing accessories and using the mass you made apply more force to your strikes.
also eat a shit load of food your body with need it.
