Most of /wwe/ seems to at least enjoy Seth on an in-ring level. Heel or face he can put on a damn good match. It was the 20 minute promos every week about how great he is that made people sick of him. Just don't have him talk for that damn long, his promos in the shield were fine. Just about anyone would grow stale with that much mic time every single week.

Dean is the opposite problem. He's one of the best talkers in the company at the moment. He's demonstrated many times he's got the charisma. But fuck his current moveset and his character. He needs to be given a more expansive moveset so his matches can be watchable. Some punches and a rebound lariat isnt enough. They need to drop the lolsorandom lunatic fridge shit too. The commentary team doesn't take him seriously anytime he's out. They just repeat the words crazy, whacky, lunatic and madman like autistic parrots. When he loses the majority of his feuds, people just eventually think he's shit.

Roman is a mix. He got the kiss of death when Vince wanted him to be the new FOTC, because it meant dropping the whole silent badass thing that made people like him. It also meant exposing his utter lack of charisma and limited in ring ability. And creative has only made those weaknesses more and more apparent by shoving him down our throats. It's like taking shit, spraying it with febreeze and putting some diamonds and glitter on it.
