I don't use any as I'm pretty good at it since I played a lot of 15. You just have to get the timing down. I actually prefer the reversal system this year- it's less spam, more tactical as you have a limited set of reversals.

I usually always reverse if I can. But if you use them up quickly then you might want to throw your opponent out of the ring instead of grappling and wait till you get one back. Otherwise if they get the upper hand when you have none they can just beat you up. It doesn't take too long for the meter to fill up again anyway.
