What is the best wrestling set design, and why is it Halloween Havoc?

I will never understand why they did not bring that PPV back. Get rid of Hell in a Cell or TLC or another throwaway PPV.

Yeah, it's such a shame how much a yearly PPV centered around that on gimmick severely watered down a formerly over as fuck match concept. They should have kept as the end of only the most SERIOUS of feuds. Whenever HIAC was mentioned, you knew shit was going to go down.

Remember when every PPV had a more or less unique look other than the generic HD set?
