My dog went missing 14 minutes ago and I just found her 4 blocks away with a compact fracture
What should I do? here's so much blood but I'm afraid to try and pick her up

Pick her up and get her home safe and secure, might wanna set up an emergency bed until you can contact a vet.

I'm sure it's very painful but dogs are different in relating to pain than us.

Get in touch with a vet asap, you may be able to get your doggo a cast and pretty decent recovery.

I've seen similar happening before but we took the dog to a kind of animal hospital. This was during the day, when places are open, though.

And this better not be bait

Just about any decent vet has an emergency line you can call and the vet will get up and come in. Or just go to an all-night emergency clinic.
