Looks like some sort of coral fungus, NE im guessing because i used to see those in NH when i lived there

Post location. You have a Ramaria species, possibly R. stricta.

Looks like romaria invalii. It's not poisonous but not particularly tasty. Has a bit bitter taste that can be improved by keeping it in water for a couple of hours and changing it once or twice.
I wish i could go foraging for mushrooms right now, but the summer was so shit whre i live that there probably won't be any mushrooms this year
