Outdoor cats keep dropping toxoplasmosis infested shits in my garden and killing birds back there. Their owners obviously don't care about their well being, so it's safe to consider them pest animals. Is pic related the best low cost selective poison? Does anyone have any experience with this? I dont want to accidentally kill any innocent animals.

Just trap the cats and take them to a shelter or take them to the owners and tell them next time the cats are in your yard you won't be bringing them back.

I have talked to the owners. They have a tendency to get butt hurt and claim their cats have always been outdoor animals, as if that makes it ok.
