Today I noticed this bloody pink coming out of dog's vagina. She is really old. I don't have money for the vet. Is she goner?

Looks like a prolapsed vagina, it's not super dangerous but sorry to break it to you but you should definitely bring her to a vet so he can show you how to treat it and make it less worse...

Yeah my mother told that she will take her to a vet, but I don't know when. Is it really expensive to treat this thing? Btw really thanks for your reply.
OP how did your dog end up getting prolapsed?

I don't know. I think there is also some tumors in its intestine area. But I will see after the visit
I'm guessing the dog was never spayed?
If that's the case, it is very likely connected to the dogs heat cycle. Most correct themselves when the dog comes out of heat.
As long as the dog can pee then it's not urgent. Just don't let the dog lick at it.
If it does cause issues and doesn't heal on it's own, yeah, unfortunately it can be expensive to treat.

How can I stop her licking it?

A prolapse can happen spontaneously at this age with degeneration of the pelvic floor muscles.
OP, as others have said, it's not urgent, but it really does need vet treatment at some point. A chunk of flesh hanging outside the body is obviously going to be prone to injury and infection, especially since she's a dog and you can't just tell her not to lick or bite it. I guess maybe a cone would work for that?
