Is this a forming bee hive? What should I do with it?

looks more like a wasp or honet nest. very odd looking one but bees don't make hives like that.

So I should definitely kill them right?

Where the fuck are you?
There are lots of wild species of bees, we can't identify this individual species without knowing exactly where you are.

Malaysia

Well shit, anon, I don't know anything about species of bees that are native to that region. But at least they aren't africanized honeybees. AKA Killer Bees.
Maybe do a search for, "species of wild bees indigenous to Malaysia"?
Sorry I can't be of more help. Can you take any pictures of the insects that are building the nest?

I'll try to get some more pics when I get back home, here's a closeup of the same pic if it helps at all (don't know why the phone flipped the image)

Dunno what species it is, but it probably won't do you any good to just leave it. Still probably wait for someone who might actually know what they're talking about
Do the "bees" look like honey bees? I wouldn't kill them unless its a nuisance.
Thanks for the help guys, but I've been googling shit and I'm quite sure they're the wasps described in this blog post

Bees pretty much never make hives in/on/around human structures. It you find something like that it's almost always a wasp so don't feel bad about knocking it down.
