That also looks like a house gecko to me but I'm seeing Cuba has a lot of gecko species so I'm not at all sure.

If it's not the crombiei I'm still pretty sure this gecko is from the tarentola genus. Tarentola genus has a large number of species and some of them look quite similar to each other.
