There's this one Italian farmer that has spent a good decade trying to milk pigs for making cheese. Turns out it's pretty damn hard. In part because sow's teats are hard to milk, in part because pigs really don't like being milked.

Who cares? Unless you are a baby animal, you shouldn't be drinking milk anyway.

Cows were bred to produce massive amounts of milk. Look at wild cow or will goat udders, they're tiny whether or not they are lactating.

Milk goats produce about a quart of milk a day while a single dairy cow produces 8ish gallons. Even goats would produce more than a pig, elephant, thousands of mice, etc. Some people in the US sell horse and camel milk but it's expensive as fuck. They don't produce a lot and unless they give the offspring a replacement formula, they can't milk them dry if they have babies to feed too.

Blue whales produce over 50 gallons a day and blue whale calves gain over 200lbs a day by drinking it. I've heard it's so thick it's like cream. I'd love to try it.

I'd say it's close to impossible to prove any one foods effect on the human body. You'd need to test thousands of people over decades and somehow make sure other dietary issues aren't interefering with the results (i.e a control group subject who would agree to not drink milk for years would probably be a vegan or something anyway, which would affect the results of the study as well)
