Reel my dog in and cross the street. He still gets too excited greeting dogs on a leash and wouldn't be able to handle greeting three. It's just easier to avoid that kind of situation instead of trying to use an unwitting stranger's dogs as teaching tools.

Rescue dogs can have social issues with people or other dogs and the public which includes people and their dogs do not have a right to interact or try to be friendly with me or my dog.
