I saw the post in the OP on tumblr a few days ago and it annoyed me when I noticed the dog was a pit bull. Not sure why. I think I am subconsciously assuming that the type of person who would post such a watered-down virtue signaling anti-rape PSA would also likely be the type to post pictures of their pit bulls in nail polish as "proof" pit bulls aren't violent. Pure assumption on my part I guess but something about the attitude of most pit bull owners gets under my skin. Like their dog is a political statement and not a companion. I don't even necessarily buy into pit bulls being some inherent evil dog (though I'd never own one). I'm just a judgemental fuck I guess.
