Depends, if you don't want him, turn him over to a shelter or wait until he's old enough to be released (6 weeks).

Feed it kitten formula. It's still nursing age.

Raise it until it can run around. Don't worry about it becoming too tam because it won't.

soy baby formula is closer to the nutritional requirements for baby rats. kitten formula is cheaper though.
