I think it's a buffalo leech. There are a few people keeping them as pets - they do get that huge, but they can be pricey and they only feed at night.

This creature spends its existence in a small plastic tub, except to feed. Looks at its one end in that youtube video. The second it lost its grip of the hand it went searching for skin. Its such an awful, wretched thing. Its like a real life version of a Skeksis. The good half is puppies or something. That thing is the size of a human arm. All of my nope.
