We tried feeding it some milk. When we came out it was empty but I'm quite sure my two older cats drank it. It had some water though but not much.

No I've been feeding it meat and cow milk.Ive never had a cat and I just found it on the street. My other cats were fed cow milk and turned out fine. Thanks a lot for the advice.
