are yorkies smart as smart as any other terrier?
is it possible to get a quality one without a docked tail?

i want my next dog to be a froo froo hair dog but i like healthy, smart terrier dogs so i dunno

I inherited my grandma's yorkie and he was hella smart. He was 15 when I got him so he was pretty stubborn and set in his ways but I was still able to teach the spoiled bastard commands. You just have to be really consistent with them.
