Pit bulls can be nice dogs, niggers. How about people should have to get licensed for their dog instead of just fucking banning a whole dog breed like that's practical? You could even just get it renewed with a yearly vet checkup.
Anyways, outdoor cats are a serious threat to native wildlife ecology wherever they've been tolerated or have gone feral.
