need help writing a letter to let my cat into new apartment.

So had a house fire and new apartment does not allow cats. However I was told if I write a letter I might be able to get him in.

trouble is my LA sucks.I was hoping to get some help writing the letter.

he's 15 years old very friendly,lazy and loves to be cleaned.He is also well trained.

for the last 5 months my mom has held onto him but is trying to get rid of him. so I REALLY need to get my cat back I've had for 15years.

Just write he's old and quiet and close to dying. Also write that he has nowhere else to go.

If whoever reads it is an old person they'll relate to it and let the cat in.
If whoever reads it is an adult they'll relate to it since they've put their dying rotting mom or dad on an asylum to be forgotten so they'll want you to stay with your cat.
If whoever reads it is a teenager they'll be moved and let the cat in too.

Dear landlord,

I would love to let my elderly cat live out his days with his best friend, he is quiet and litter trained. If you allow me to keep him I promise he will not be a problem.

I am willing to pay $300 as pet deposit and $40 a month extra to keep my cat.
