Hey cl/an/,
When I wake up, I keep finding these really tiny brown bugs in the water I put on the night stand. I'm praying they're not bed bugs. Any ideas of what they could be
P.S. My camera is garbage and this is the best shot I could take. Dime included for size reference.

Peacock Spider, in case anyone was curious

The picture is shit but it doesn't look like a bed bug to me.
It looks like a springtail. They're attracted to water. They can jump very quickly like a flea, but they aren't interested in biting you and generally aren't considered pests.

It could be a bed bug. They take on a longer shape like that after a meal. But bed bugs are also usually darker.
The best way to know is try to pick it up next time you see it. A bed bug has no means of escaping, it crawls very slowly. A springtail will basically disappear. It could be something else as well. Try crushing one and see if it leaves a bloodstain.
someone bust out the ID wheel
I know you have it

It's springtails you dolt.
nah way way too small for a bedbug
looks like a springtail
(shape reminds me of lice but they have a totally different appearance, so don't worry)
The only potential problem with springtails is that they are so damned abundant:
