Frog help! African dwarf frogs like all frogs lay eggs, so why is mine bloated so much, regardless of mating it appears like dropsy? Maybe not and its something to do with mating?

It is usually the same size of the frog banging it in pic related.. whats the cause of it becoming 3x bigger in 30 minutes of me eating dinner in other room?

I looked the other way and it is back to normal size... hmmm
Maybe its mate was suffocating it temporarily.. it had the same exact issue last night when a frog had it mounted... wtf.
