Orcas are separated into different categories and the two fish-eating populations (2/5 categories) show no interest in mammalian prey at all as far as I'm aware.

They're extremely intelligent animals and definitely have more complex thoughts than "that thing's moving let's eat it". If they were to be "aggressive" to a human it'd be more akin to a well-fed cat killing wildlife for fun or just trying to investigate us too rigorously I imagine, except in the case of captive whales.
