why people keep insisting taking photos of cats with dirty eyes... all this light box set up and time spent, and then poopy gooey eyes

I have ragdoll persian hybrids. They're great kitten McMittens. The male is very needy, kind of dog like, but has some health issues. The female is more independent (she don't need no man), although she is desperate to be by the male all the time (he doesn't care about her, lol), and she is strong as an ox.
