Yes, if there's enough light. You can put them into a fridge for the duration of the required dormancy period. You can trigger this by reducing the light they receive each day. They will still need a tiny bit of light and they will look like they have died, but ones the 3 month dormancy period has ended you can increase the amount of light and start to warm them up.
