I used an off brand last year. Dog git fleas twice. Switched back to Frontline. No fleas since. You get what you pay for. Theres some things that aren't worth cheaping out on. Flea protection is one of them.

I used frontline for four cats and a dog. Works damn well. Anytime I find a tick on them it's small and dead already.
