Hey /an/ i need some help here.
i found some baby birds today at work on a machine scheduled to go out today.
There was also no good nearby places to relocate it to, so i took it home.
They look very young and i'm not sure what type of bird they are.
Any idea how to take care of them? Like what and when to feed, how warm they need to be etc.
I have to leave in about 2 hours but i was thinking about getting some mealworms or something for them.
Do they need much water or will the worms contain enough?
There are 4 of them, there eyes are not open yet and there skin is still kinda translucent.

Please call an animal rehabilitator before you kill some baby birds.

unfortunately i do not have the time to take it to the nearest rehabilitator, its over an hour away
however on their site and others it says to feed soaked cat kibble or hard boiled eggs, so i have an egg boiling now.

RIP baby birds.

i figured they had a better shot with me then on the machine when its loaded onto a flatbed truck and driven on the freeway
Do you realize how often baby birds have to eat? You can't do that shit when you're working. Spare an hour and drive them to the rehab center, or they'll die.
