No, it's a house centipede. They get confused frequently though because they're both creepy quick-moving insects. This is an actual silverfish though, not nearly as many legs.

Had them in my bathroom too. I hated them simply because you couldn't catch them or do anything about them and the fuckers would just run around the place.
