I want to dump a junk car into a fish pond as decoration and fish shelter.
How do I make the car safe for that?

Remove the engine, gas tank, breaks, fuel line, break lines, all electronics, all carpeting, tires, and continue until there's nothing but metal and glass left. No rubber or anything, just glass and metal. Then scrub off all parts until there's no dirt, oil, road salts, etc.
Basically, it is a shit load of work.

just drive it in the lake honestly my familiaiaia. Whats the worst thing that's gonna happen?

Cars rust.
If it's a huge lake or ocean it probably wouldn't do as much harm but it's still not good.
Wouldn't sinking a small boat be a better idea?

If you take the car to a junk yard they will do all the work in exchange of the parts.
>decoration
it looks like a boring square of metal from above, what are you talking about?

But then you can't put it under water

Rust will kill the fish, this isn't the pacific ocean, retard.
Unless your pond is the size of a huge ass lake, it's not ideal. Probably better to build a decoration piece that looks like a car out of safe materials
