I'm thinking of getting a Belgian Malinois because if I'm going to have a dog it's going to be the best.
Tell me why a Maligator wouldn't be a good choice
Having one is a pretty much a full time job. Cool if you can afford it.

dood. Do you know anything abt them? Will you be committed to strict training and routine? There is a reason they are used as police dogs and protective dogs. They are super high energy and will require A LOT of training and time. They are not like other breeds at all

Why is it "bait" to want to own an athletic and active dog when I myself am athletic and live an active lifestyle?
I go hiking regularly, camping, and jogging almost daily. I own a dog already, who is a herding breed, and he does just fine.

If your current dog isn't a Belgian Malinois you obviously don't have the best dog. You seem like you would be better suited to owning an outdoor cat

my brother has one. a little too obsessed with being a watchdog IMO, and he only really warms up to 1/2 of the people he meets, but he's very smart and he loves the hell out of me. him and my golden are bffs. great dog.
Because you can't handle the best!
