My dog has these sores on her that itch I think, she has then all over her back but I can't see it because hair covers it. She has some on her stomach but not so bad. Any ideas what it is?

It isn't fleas.

There was a time my dog got many sores on his belly, it seems it happened because of summer, it was very hot here.
But take it to the vet
Vet
Maybe mites, maybe food allergies or some other allergy.

Could be a number of things.
>Impetigo- very itchy for them.spreads over their body. Mistaken for allergies. Possible to have manifested it itself if its a puppy. Also possible if its older but is exposed to other dogs with the disease. Need antibiotics + benzoyl peroxide shampoo.
>Seborhhea-its greasy and scaly. Accompanied by fur loss. It's genetic and is treatable only iirc. Benzoyl peroxide shampoo helps with it.
>Allergies-usually happens with a diet change but tends to be localised. Benzoyl peroxide helps with the itch. Switch dogs diet back if you've changed it recently. Any chemicals it may be exposed to? Cleaning agents?
>mange- tiny little bugs. also itchy. Spreads. If its localised still then saturating the affected and surrounding areas with hydrogen peroxide and letting it soak in, accompanied by a benzoyl peroxide bath tends to kill them all. If not then it needs a shot your vet can provide.
My dog has the same thing, for her it's allergies to something outside right now since summer is on it's way. Obviously vet is the best choice
