How do I care for an injured crow? Poor guy must have been hit by a car. Iv given him some water and grapes, but he is in definate shock.
>>
Did you wrap him up in a warm blanket? He could have true shock and die from being cold.

Should I? It could be too stressful for it, plus I don't want to cause further harm to it. But im no where near an expert on this.

I understand. If it doesn't look to be hurt enough to have trauma you might maybe could give it a small heater by the cage. Shock can really hurt the little guy. He looks to be not that bad off, but worrying the worst can be the best.
>>
Soak dog kibble in warm water then offer it to him, he might eat it out of your hand. Otherwise you might have to force feed him if he doesn't eat. My parents fed pet baby starlings like this.

I don't have any dogfood. All I really have are grapes or unsalted peanuts/almonds

Can you not take it to wildlife rehab center in your area? If they're closed or not close enough I'd say just keep it warm. Put some cloth in the cage for it to huddle against.
You're on the right track with grapes and nuts. Do you have eggs? Give it some hard or raw. Gotta get some protein in the lil thing. Little bit of whole grain bread is good too.
>>
Crow is omnivore. Feed small portions of softfood. Like potato, canned veggies, wetbread. Make sure crow has pan of water, or eyeropper into beak if he's bad off.

Birds have a high body temp, but a blanket might freak it out it much. Heat the room and place a blanket over the cage. Anon's presence, while pure and sincere, will stress crow.
Godspeed, o.p. today you are not a fag.

Yeah, OP, you need to look into finding a wildlife rehab place in your area.

Birds have an amazing healing factor. If hes fatally injured he will refuse food and water and just kinda shut down in the next day or two. If not it should heal.
