You should get them removed, even though brown recluse dont have an aggressive behaviour their bite is highly venomuous

I took this picture in Norway, there should not be any Brown Recluses here from my knowledge.. Any tips on how to remove it? It looks damn scary lol

No they're nothing to do with spiders. My best guess would be that they're moth eggs. Nothing that would be a pest to you.

Not sure if they live in norway, but there are wasps that form mud nests and fill them with paralyzed spiders.

If they behave like spider-eating wasps usually do, those spiders are probably being eaten alive from the inside out by larvae.
