Start doing research now on how to be a responsible owner. You'll learn all kinds of helpful things such as don't adopt a pet if you can't afford medical treatment for the animal.
As far as anything you can do for your current dog that you have no business owning the best thing you can do at this point is start digging a hole.

not much. Parvo is a virus so there isn't a cure, all you can do is supportive care. Vets usually hook them up to IV fluids to keep them hydrated since the dog can't keep anything down. Other than trying to keep him hydrated and hopefully eating soon, you're kinda fucked. Odds are really against you.

Don't give up hope. My 10 week old is on the fifth day of parvo and she started eating again just recently, I've been taking care of her with some help from family. All the vet did was give me penicillin, cerenia(for vomiting), and an electrolyte solution to take care of her. Make sure to keep your dog hydrated and comforted in isolation.

The vet didn't give him any other med's besides the IV and something for the vomiting.

He's going on day 4, still not eating or drinking on his own. Still has diarrhea but no more vomiting. He's up and around, he even comes to me when I'm got his syringe with pedialyte. I'm trying a colloidal silver solution to help get fight the virus.

Look, you have two options: scrape together the money to keep the dog at the vets on IV fluids (which will give him the best possible chance) or pray.

Really, the dog needs to be under constant medical supervision with access to various types of IV fluid at the drop of a hat.
