Three ways.

First, you buy a crow. Easier said than done.

Second, you can save a baby crow after it's fallen out of a tree, but that's asking for trouble.

Third, you can just feed your local crows or set up a bird feeder that has shit crows like.

Not OP, but admit that my first thought was not to keep a pet that can outsmart me. I've seen crows outsmart people and thought it was unique. Apparently it isnt, and they outsmart people often.

Birds shit everywhere. Like every half hour they take a crap. This is purely physiological and no amount of training will make them take a crap in a specified spot.

OP it's a great idea I have two crows and couldn't be happier. Just befriend some crows at your local park (feed them), then catch two and take them home. Voila.
