Yo, what the fuck is this, mississippibros?
In my expert opinion that wolf spider is obviously either a venomous duck, or an antique book case.
My money is on the bookcase.

Ok, I wasn't sure. Most wolf spiders in my area are pretty small, so this one surprised the hell out of me. What type of wolf spider is it? It's markings were dark, so I can't be sure.

They can get pretty big, and have a hell of a jump.
Harmless, though, and they eat the fuck out of nuisance bugs.

Would've been nice since I can't barbeque without a dozen of these assholes swarming into my home. My lady's from Wisconsin, though, so she isn't having it. Now that I'm on the subject, how do you guys minimize pest insects in your southern house? Does apple cider vinegar really work? I don't have screens, but I keep doors and windows closed, but I'm still killing something every hour or so.

Spray the bottom of your doors and outside windows with some bug killer, and keep the insulation up to snuff. And never kill spiders, or any other critter that eats nuisance bugs.

Looks like Tigrosa sp. to me, maybe T. helluo.

We have those here in Spain too, I captured one the other day and feed her a couple bugs. Pretty cool to watch, they grab the prey and keep it in their fangs while running around.
It looks like a Wolf Spider, but I don't think it is one. Real wolf spiders are completely nuts, these ones are pretty tame.

Cut your own screens. 8 windows 5 euros.
