Anyone else have outdoor snakes? I want to keep them outside because it's more natural for them, plus they can eat birds and mice that come in the yard! But I've already lost three and I don't know why? I walked down my fence line three times and I can't find any holes or the ground dug up anywhere. What's up?? How do you keep your snakes in your yard?
Is this board a magnet for the monumentally retarded?
/an/ never was good, but I don't ever remember having to sort through this much stupid shit.

>Not putting a leash on your snake and walking it to the park so it can socialize
No wonder they keep getting away.
I want to make an outdoor cage for garter snakes now. I know there must be some people who do that.

yes it does attract retards like you who can't detect a joke
I live in Nebraska and own snakes we get tornados here and there is a big fucking dog that crosses into my yard all the time it's my neighbors dog so I couldn't grasp leaving my ball python outside
Iktf OP. I live in Hawaii so the weather and environment are just perfect. Lots of sun, plants, and no risk of dangerous predators. Snakes aren't meant to live in a small cage. They need to be able to roam and explore and hunt prey.
I've lost a few boas and a pit viper so far, but I believe a short but happy and full life is much better than a long miserable one in a tiny tank.

I work in a zoo, and there's a plan to get garter snakes in an outside enclosure. I'm really looking forward to that
