cat food has more protein and less filler, but feeding that much protein to a dog will kill it. They're not adapted to handle straight meat diets, their kidneys fail.

so yeah, cat food has more meat, but that's for a good reason.

Everytime my aunt's dog eat the cat's food, she gets constipated.
