Definitely looks like a pet. Don't capture her, if you can just put a collar on her with a note that reads, "keep your cat inside, I was about to adopt it."

every time it rains she stays in our backyard under our bench and she always eats here and brings her family so idk if she's a pet, i've adopted feral/abandoned cats before and they're always clean bc they're used to wild unlike strays that ran away and are used to being groomed. plus she's really skittish
