Not really.
Hornets, wasps and bees aren't aggressive unless they're defending themselves or the hive. You can pretty much feed any of the lone members when they're out on a foraging run.
When I was a kid I went into our garden and pet bees sometimes. They were soft and fluffy, and didn't react aggressively at all. (My movements were slow and my touch soft, mind.)
