Have you neutered or spayed your pet?
Neutering your dog can help inhibit car chewing behavior but it's not a replacement for effective training.

Let's be real, anon. That dog didn't chew the car. He crashed it.
Neutering does in fact greatly decrease the amount of car crashes caused by dog drivers. Without those hormones, dogs don't feel as strong of a need to drive miles away at 70mph to mate. Maybe Fido will think twice before meeting bitches he found on tinder.

Considering I only have an ant colony.
No.
No I have not.
Yes, but we regret it every time it comes up.
Thought she was the runt, she's the best dog we've ever had. Never chewed, listens to commands, doesn't beg (that was before we let our neighbors watch her for a week).
Makes me sad to think she'll never have puppies.

If my dog hits somebody with a car, am I legally liable?

Only if he was driving while intoxicated and you supplied him with the alcohol.
If your dog is old enough to drink he's probably way too old to drive.
