What do I do with a dog?
I got a new job that requires me to travel internationally about 3 months ago. I have to leave Friday morning for 3 weeks.
I got a dog about 6 months ago, he was a stray that I took in. There are no shelters around me. (There is one but the lady who runs it proudly told me it's a kill shelter that cleans up a the streets)) I posted him on Facebook and no one wants him.
What do I do

My Dad and little brother are allergic to dogs.
I'm tempted to just release him in the country. He'd have a better shot than at the pound.
