I need help figuring out the breed of my bunny I think it's a Netherland dwarf. He is 2 months old and not sure how much pellets and hay I should be giving him. Also trying to potty train him to go to litter box any suggestions on how to do this ??
looks like a lionhead.
get a big but low cat litter box
he should be getting alfafa hay which is for baby buns. all the hay he can eat. by 9months switch to timothy
get him alfafa pellets (switch to timothy pellets when hes 9 months) once a day and also some veggies once a day. water available at all times

Litter training: put a litter box in a corner. Put some peed on bedding and poop in it. Also put some hay on or above it. Put rabbit near it. Have a litter box in a corner in every room
rabbits are a lot of work and they can live 5+ years. they should NOT be in a cage but free in a safe area. they chew everything, males like to pee everywhere but neutering should help. also they do leave little poops when they run.. its just bunny stuffs. hope you can give it a good home
Bunnies can also read minds, so only have happy thoughts around bun.
thank you alll. ive been letting it runn around my room everyday that is bunny proof. Ive realized he has been peeing in the same spot when he is out of the cage... but when he is in the cage its close to the liter box i think he is getting a feel for where it has to go

>they can live 5+ years
They live twice that easily. You live on a snake farm or something?
