Why, when some people capture a pest, insist that drowning is a good way? It's slow, it's painful, and they have a tendency to thrash around the entire process.
Personally the best way is to smash the head in, break the neck, or a bullet to the brain. Furthermore, for the most part it's fairly bloodless.
When I see a "pest" I just put him in the desert next to my house. All that ever get is one wild mouse and some camel spiders every now and then since I keep shit clean. I really don't think there's much of a real reason to kill any "pest". There's better ways to get rid of them without having to kill them.

>putting it in a desert anything but killing it in a slower way
I pluck you from your home and put you in the Sahara. How long do you survive?

What third-world shithole are you from? Somewhere in Eastern Europe I'm guessing?

Not the same anon but I would expect to make it a week.. with a bit of luck. :-)
A lot of people soothe their conscousness by disassociating themselves from being responsible for causing death. Kind of like those people who release pets into forests thinking they'll have a chance rather than end up in a euthanasia chamber down at the pound.
Check out all those goofs on youtube with their rodent CO2 euthanasia kits and claiming the gas just puts them to sleep first. Holy fuck, are they serious?? how retarded is that. Whatever they need to say to help themselves feel better I guess.
I second destroying the brain. It's the only way they'll learn

I had/have a problem with ground squirrels. When I get home from work I would find 3-4 of the little fuckers in my live trap.
Honestly, putting the full trap in the bed of my truck then driving a mile or so away, then shaking them out really wasn't an inconvenience.
I would have killed these pests if I needed too, but that's a final resort. In my example it was easier to just let them go.

Where i am that's pretty illegal

Where I'm at is very rural, and as far as my example is concerned, a ground squirrel digging under my foundation versus digging under a tree a mile away doesn't pose much of a threat to the environment,or a difference for that matter.
Some pests may be an invasive species however, so yes checking local laws and regulations would be a good idea.
