What's your excuse for not having a big pig as a pet?

I don't have the space for one.

I live in a condo in the city.

I don't know how to properly care for one.

I don't make enough money that I'd want to keep one right now.

I don't know how empathetic they are or how strong a bond they could form with me would be.

I wouldn't know how to train it and make sure it wasn't misbehaving.

I don't know how long I could leave it alone for.

Well, I rent. I'm sure they're nice animals though,

For being smarter than dogs they aren't nearly as good pets. Having raised piglets, two family members have a pig of their own and a friend has a pig I've met a lot of pigs.

They're boring and slow. Even tricks loose their charm pretty fast. They aren't very affectionate or playful.
