Try to gently nudge the male to come. Response. Pull very gently on leash. Male FREAKS THE FUCK OUT and just starts rolling around and pissing everywhere. You can see the tiny piss drops flying around in the air. Come on, dude.

You need to work with your dogs more. Socialize them, get them used to being handled. Don't just walk away when they spaz out like this, keep trying. Get the leash and collar on and get him outside. Maybe use some negative reinforcement in the form of a spray bottle or something, and positive when they behave themselves.

The problem with little dogs like this (aside from rampant inbreeding), is that people treat them like toys or children instead of like dogs.
